This course examines a range of literary forms, including non-fiction, drama, poetry, and fiction. By taking themes, and literary devices into account, students will learn how to evaluate and interpret literary works.
With a priority on improving students' writing abilities, this course addresses the fundamentals of adavance writing, such as thinking, coherence, and clarity. Essays, research papers, and other types of academic writing will be practiced by the students. Essay writing, methods of inquiry, rhetorical devices, language, and style are among the subjects covered.
Through this course aims to help students advance their creative writing abilities. In addition to participating in peer critiques, students will write in a variety of subjects, including creative non-fiction, poetry, and fiction. Writing workshops, poetry, creative non-fiction, and fiction writing are among the subjects offered.
Candidates should have passed GCE Ordinary Level or GCE Advanced Level.
